A clinical psychologist and single mum who’s had her fair share of struggles!


Let me share some of my story...


In early 2018, I ended my 13 year marriage after years of emotional abuse, and found myself raising my 3 girls on my own, who were 9, 8, and 2.5 years old at the time.


Unfortunately being a psychologist doesn’t make you immune from going through turmoil or emotional suffering.


After the separation, my sense of self got lost in the chaos of trying to adjust, raising my girls on my own, dealing with finances, running a business, (trying to) have a social life etc.


Months had passed and I gradually started spending more and more time working on myself - learning and growing through reading, self development courses, trial and many errors.

I was curious to understand why and how I became so entrenched in survival mode and why time on its own wasn’t healing me. I thought that finding the courage to leave a toxic marriage was enough in order to move forward into a better future.


What I realised was that in order to heal from the past, it takes a lot more than talking and reflecting. It required me to make significant and sometimes BOLD changes to my life, and go about my life completely differently.


It required me to take ACTION. Even if it was uncomfortable.


Once I started doing that, I slowly began to feel more alive and at peace. I was finally feeling like my true self.


I got to meet MYSELF again, and started living in a way that felt good to me, and aligned with my values.


When you rediscover your inner strength, and are living your life as your true self (that perhaps you never got to meet or was simply asleep for a long time!), it is the most liberating, exhilarating feeling you can have!

  • Who is this course for?
    This course is for single mums that are at least 6 months post separation from their child/children’s father, and are ready to work on themselves to manage stress, and learn how to be their true selves again after losing their identity in their relationship. This course guides single mums step -by-step with strategies and action plans to help them not only be the person and mum they want to be, but with skills for life to handle stressful situations, and handle triggers.
  • I'm so busy. I'm worried I'll sign up but then won't have the time or energy to follow through with it.
    I hear you! I know that as a single mum, you already have so much on your plate, so I've made sure that this course is as fluff free as possible. The lessons are short quick videos (most under 5 minutes!) and get straight to what you need to know to take the next step! And once you start doing the work and seeing the changes in how you feel, it helps you stay on track. There is never a "good time" to work on yourself. It requires you to commit to yourself and value your growth first and foremost.
  • Is this a live or a recorded program?
    The course itself is recorded, and you have the option to ask questions in the "discussion" section of each week's lessons.
  • I have depression and anxiety. Will this course help me with my mental health?
    If you currently have a mental health condition and are currently undergoing treatment (whether it is medication or therapy), you will need to continue doing so. This course can provide an adjunct or complementary support if you are struggling with your mental health, but DOES NOT replace seeking treatment from a mental health professional.
  • Is this a group therapy program?
    No, this course is not therapy. It will teach you skills and strategies derived from evidence based psychological therapies, however this is for educational purposes only. This course is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice.
  • Are there any refunds?
    Working on yourself doing a course like this is a risk. There's a risk that your entire life will change for the better and there's a risk that nothing changes if you don't action what you're learning here. Taking risks is part of the growth process. I don’t offer refunds but I do offer you the chance to change your life. And as all sales are final, I encourage you to be 100% sure about purchasing the course before you do.   • How long do I have access to the course?
    Once you complete the course (8 weeks), you will have access to it for a further 12 months. That means that although each week's lessons are released a week at a time, you can still complete it at a slower pace if you wish.
  • Do I have to finish each week's lesson's before the next week's content is released?
    Each week's lessons are released a week a time for a total of 8 weeks. It is highly recommended that you follow the course content in the order presented. If you haven't completed the week's tasks before the following week is released, don't stress! This is not a race and you will have access to the course following the 8 weeks' duration to allow you ample time to complete it.
